Luau Menu

Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Apricot Glaze– The finest portion of pork marinated in select wines and herbs, baked to perfection, covered in a semisweet apricot glaze.


Grilled Pineapple Chicken –fresh chicken breast marinated in pineapple and citrus juices and grilled to perfection.


Aloha Sweet Potatoes– Roasted sweet potatoes dressed with butter, brown sugar and topped with crushed macadamia nuts.


Polynesian Rice – Long grain white cooked in coconut milk, blended with an array of peppers and topped with sesame seeds

Cucumber Salad– thinly shaven slices of chilled cumber in a light lemon and oil dressing garnished with fresh dill.


Garden Salad - fresh iceberg, romaine and spring mix lettuce mix with grape tomatoes, red onion, and black olives, served with our signature Vidalia vinaigrette dressing.


Fresh Seasonal Fruit – an array of fresh chilled fruit including pineapple, melon, and other seasonal fruit.

Caribbean Menu

Fresh Tropical Fruit – Fresh tropical fruit chilled including pineapple, mango, guava, strawberries, and seasonal melons.


Salad- includes a fresh signature salad including fresh iceberg, romaine, black olives, red onions, sliced pepperoni, bacon bits, and seasoned taste.


Jerk Chicken – Fresh chicken seasoned and marinated with a savory jerk seasoning and cooked to perfection.


Brown Stewed Fish – Fresh tilapia dressed with veggies, seasoned with Caribbean browning sauce and slow cooked.


Rice and Peas – A Caribbean favorite. Coconut infused steamed rice with plump red beans cooked to perfection.


Cabbage & Carrots – Crisp cabbage and baby carrots steamed and seasoned to taste.
