Aloha Sweet Potatoes– Roasted sweet potatoes dressed with butter, brown sugar and topped with crushed macadamia nuts.
 
Polynesian Rice – Long grain white cooked in coconut milk, blended with an array of peppers and topped with sesame seeds.
